REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will work with you to provide a replacement.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will issue you an RMA number and provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Once the return is received and verified, a replacement will be sent.
LOST ORDERS
If your order is lost in transit, notify us within five days of the expected delivery date. After confirming the issue with the carrier, we will send a replacement.
